In session 8 we discussed aligning our ministries with our vision of love. Today, we will turn our attention to leadership within the church, exploring how leaders can model and promote a culture of love that permeates every aspect of our church life.

Session Objective: The aim of this session is to empower church leaders to embody and promote love in their leadership roles. We will discuss the biblical foundation for love-centered leadership, explore practical ways to lead with love, and consider how this approach can transform our church community.

Scripture Reading: John 13:14-15 (BSB) “So if I, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also should wash one another’s feet. I have set you an example so that you should do as I have done for you.”

Closing Prayer: Heavenly Father, we thank You for the example of Jesus, who led with perfect love and humility. As leaders in our church, help us to follow His example, leading with compassion, integrity, and a servant’s heart. May our leadership inspire others to live out Your love and transform our church into a true reflection of Your kingdom. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
